explicare implements comprehensive technical and organizational measures (TOMs) to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk for the processed personal data. These measures are continuously evaluated and adjusted as necessary.

4.4 Notification of Data Breaches

In the event of a breach of personal data protection, explicare will inform the customer immediately, but no later than 24 hours after becoming aware of the incident.

4.5 Deletion and Return of Data

The customer can delete their account completely at any time.

Upon completion of the processing activities or upon instruction from the customer, explicare will either return all personal data and delete all existing copies or completely and irreversibly delete the data. The deletion will be confirmed in writing upon request.
